Using Bedtime Wonder
These terms apply to Bedtime Wonder at bedtimewonder.com and form your agreement with VEGA LABS LTD. Adults must manage accounts, purchases and generated stories and supervise children as appropriate. Keep access to your email or Google account secure and contact us if someone uses your account without permission.
Free books and paid access
The first three built-in books are free. The yearly library plan is currently £29 per year and automatically renews unless cancelled. Lifetime library access is currently £59 as a single payment, with no annual expiry or recurring charge. Access is personal and linked to the purchasing account. The currency, price, taxes and billing frequency shown in Stripe Checkout govern that purchase. Separate future products are included only if expressly offered.
Stopping yearly renewal
To cancel a yearly subscription, email support@vegalabs.co.uk from the account email, state that you want to cancel Bedtime Wonder, and include your receipt or subscription reference if available. No special wording is required. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Deleting browser data, signing out or requesting account deletion does not by itself cancel Stripe billing. Contact us if a renewal occurs after your cancellation request.
Cancellation rights and problems
Your statutory consumer rights apply. UK and EEA consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases, subject to the rules for the particular digital content or service. We do not treat simply reading a book as agreement to waive a statutory cancellation right. Where immediate digital supply can remove that right, the legally required express consent and acknowledgement must first be obtained. Email us to request cancellation or report faulty, unavailable or incorrectly described content. Available remedies may include repair, a price reduction or a refund. These terms do not exclude those remedies.
Stories and permitted use
You may read and listen to the library for personal and household use. Our content, software, artwork and recordings belong to VEGA LABS LTD or the relevant rights holders. Do not resell, distribute or reuse them commercially without permission, except where the law permits it. You retain any rights you have in material you submit and grant us the permission needed to process it and provide the requested story and narration. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for exclusive rights.
Story creation and acceptable use
Use fictional names and avoid submitting children’s personal information. You must have permission to use material you submit. Do not request unlawful, abusive or exploitative content, infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls or overload the service. AI stories can contain errors or unsuitable material, so an adult should review them before sharing them with a child. Stories are entertainment, not professional advice. Generation and voice features depend on availability and may have usage limits.
Service, changes and responsibility
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Availability can be affected by maintenance, internet access or external services. We may make reasonable improvements or suspend access to address security or a serious breach, with notice where practical. We will give appropriate notice of material changes to paid plans and preserve applicable cancellation and refund rights. A lifetime purchase is not a promise that the service can never close; closure does not remove your statutory remedies. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer protections take priority over these terms.
Questions and disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms still apply. Revised terms will be dated here; material changes to an existing paid agreement will be communicated appropriately and will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
